  • How do I contact you for inquiries and reservations?
    You can use Airbnb, Homepage or various SNS (Line, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Can non-staying person also make reservations?
    It is possible for a person other than the staying guest to make the reservation, but please provide the contact information of the staying guest when making the reservation.
  • Does the accommodation fee change depending on the number of guests?
    Basic price for up to 4 people. For 5 to 8 people, an additional 3,000 yen per person per night will be charged.
  • Can I wait for the others booking cancellations?
    We are sorry as we can not accept currently.
  • How many months in advance can I make a reservation?
    Reservations accepted 3 months to 2 days prior to arrival. Please contact us for reservations after 3 months.
  • Can I change or cancel my reservation?
    Reservation changes and cancellations are subject to Airbnb's cancellation policy.
  • Is cash payment available?
    Sorry, we do not accept cash. The only payment method is cashless payment. However, it is possible to present remittance account information.
  • What time is check-in/check-out?
    Check-in is from 3pm to 22pm. Also, please check out by 11:00.
  • Can I check in early?
    We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able for check-in before 3:00 p.m. as the cleaning work may be carried out before 3:00 p.m..
  • Can I check out late?
    Sorry, we do not accept check-outs after 11:00. If you check out late, there will be a charge of 5,000 yen per hour because we will have to hire extra manpower for cleaning. It may also affect the service of the next guests.
  • Can you store my luggage before check-in and after check-out?
    If you contact us in advance, we can store your luggage within 3 hours before check-in and after check-out. However, please note that we are not responsible for the custody of your luggage.
  • Is it cleaned and disinfected every day?
    We apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that guests staying consecutive nights are required to maintain their own cleaning and tidying up.
  • Can you exchange linen and towels?
    For stays of 3 days or more, additional supplies will be provided every 3 days.
  • Can I bring my pet?
    We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not allow pets to stay indoors.
  • Is there a parking lot?
    The parking lot has parking spaces for 6 cars.
  • What kind of equipment and amenities do you have?
    We provide kitchenware, tableware, bedroom supplies, laundry supplies and more, but please see the equipment list for details.
  • Is there a convenience store or supermarket nearby?
    There are two convenience stores (7-11 and Seicomart) about 1 km away.
  • Can I do laundry? (Do you have laundry detergent?)
    We have a washing machine and laundry detergent, so please feel free to use them.
  • Do you have pajamas and bathrobes?
    We do not provide loungewear or pajamas, so please bring your own if necessary.
  • Do you have a baby bed?
    We apologize, but we do not have baby cots available.
  • Could you please issue a receipt?
    It is possible, so please let us know if you need it.
  • Can I connect to the Internet?
    Free Wi-Fi is available.
  • Can you provide transportation to and from the station?
    If you contact us 2 days before check-in, we can pick you up from Onuma Park Station, so please inform us in advance to facilitate our arrangements. Please make your own arrangements for the rest of the places.
  • Can people in wheelchairs use it? (Is it barrier-free?)
    Stairs, elevators, toilets, and bathrooms have handrails. In addition, the washroom door has a large opening/closing type and is designed so that there are no steps
  • Can I smoke inside the facility?
    Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility.
  • Is it possible for children to use it?
